Content Responsibility

As a Member, you affirm that: • Your company page does not contain illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content. • You are the rightful owner or have obtained permission to use all text, images, and files displayed. • TradeSourceWorld.com has the right to remove any content or page at its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, with or without prior notice.

Account Inactivity & Automatic Page Removal

Your member page may be removed if there is no login or activity on your account for more than 90 days.

Content Removal Guidelines

TradeSourceWorld.com reserves the right to delete or disable any member page or content deemed inappropriate or in violation of our policies, including but not limited to: • Pages in non-English languages • Pages with critical or excessive errors (e.g., formatting, grammar, broken images) • Pages containing illegal content or promoting illegal activity • Duplicate or multiple accounts for the same company • Pages created for testing or experimental purposes

Email Validity

Each member page must include a valid, actively monitored email address. Pages lacking valid contact details may be removed without notice.

Prohibited Content and Links

Your page must not include or link to: • Pornographic, obscene, or sexually explicit material • Hate speech, violence, or discriminatory content • Illegal services, scams, or pyramid schemes • Content considered adult or otherwise inappropriate for a professional B2B platform

Intellectual Property Compliance

You may not copy, duplicate, or use another member's content (text, images, logos, etc.) without their explicit, written consent. Unauthorized reproduction may result in page removal and potential legal liability.

Advertising Restrictions

• Paid third-party advertising is not permitted on member pages. • Only TradeSourceWorld.com may display paid advertisements on the platform. • Members may promote their own company, products, and services, but may not receive compensation from external advertisers.

Service Availability Disclaimer

TradeSourceWorld.com does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its platform. We reserve the right to suspend or modify the service at any time.

Policy Changes
