Welcome to TradeSourceWorld.com! These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (the "Site") and any services provided by TradeSourceWorld.com (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Site. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our Site.

1. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Site or utilize our services, you may need to register an account. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

  1. You are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
  2. You will provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
  3. You will promptly update any changes to your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete.
  4. You will maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  5. You are strictly prohibited from sharing your account credentials or allowing others to access your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our Site and services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.

You are solely responsible for any content you post, transmit, or share on our Site. You must ensure that your content does not infringe upon the rights of third parties or violate universal Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) or any laws.

You agree not to engage in any unauthorized access, use, or distribution of our Site, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts.

3. Standard Terms & Conditions

TradeSourceWorld.com shall use reasonable diligence in the management of the B2B Services and endeavor delivery to the Client of all the deliverables and milestones agreed upon in the form of a report (for Gold Advance and VIP Packages). The total tenure agreed upon by both parties—TradeSourceWorld.com and the Client—is 12 months. The 12-month period begins from the day an account manager is assigned to the Client. However, the Client acknowledges that the delivery deadline and other payment milestones are estimates and are not fixed dates of delivery.

The upgradation of the account will only be done after receiving confirmation of the full payment made by the Client and once the Terms & Conditions form is signed. The time period assigned for this is generally one full working day.

If the Client fails to make payments, TradeSourceWorld.com may revoke or suspend all services with respect to the Client and shall not provide any refund or compensation to the Client.

Once full payment is confirmed and the Terms & Conditions form is signed, the Account Manager will be assigned. This process typically takes one full working day.

The Client’s profile completion on TradeSourceWorld.com shall be the responsibility of the Client. However, the process can be assisted by the Account Manager, including information about the Client’s company and product postings.

4. TradeSourceWorld Premium Services

4.1 Platform Services

Service Provider shall provide access to its B2B platform, which allows the Client to create and manage its own online storefront and to access and manage product listings and inquiries.

4.2 International Sales Manager (ISM) Services

Service Provider shall provide lead-generation services to the Client, including identifying potential buyers, distributors, and importers for the Client’s products, and initiating contact with such potential leads on behalf of the Client. (This clause is valid for contracts that include ISM services.)

4.3 Digital Marketing Services

Service Provider shall provide search engine optimization (“SEO”) and social media marketing (“SMM”) services to the Client, including optimizing the Client’s website for search engines, creating and posting content on the Client’s social media accounts, and running social media advertising campaigns on behalf of the Client. (This clause is valid for contracts that include digital marketing services.)

4.4 Development Services

Service Provider shall provide website and logo design and development services to the Client, including designing and developing a website and logo for the Client in accordance with the Client’s specifications. (This clause is valid for contracts that include development services.)

Service Notes

The one-month setup time in the initial stage includes logo design, website creation, stationery, and TradeSourceWorld profile completion.

SEO and SMM efforts depend on the website’s completion and will begin only after the website is live.

The SEO setup timeframe generally ranges from four to five months.

Initial concepts will be provided for logo, stationery, brochure/catalog, and website development. Five revisions are allowed under the VIP Package, and three revisions under the Gold Advance Package for logo design, catalog/brochure, stationery, and website development.

Service Provider shall provide only the services included in the purchased premium package and shall not be liable for any services not listed. If the Client wishes to receive additional services beyond those included, the Client may request a customized package and Service Provider will provide a separate proposal and quote. Service Provider is not obligated to provide services outside the chosen package unless agreed to in writing by both parties.

6. International Sales Manager (ISM) Services Specifics

  1. The Key Account Management (ISM) is responsible for fulfilling the committed services throughout the 12-month tenure.
  2. The 12-month buyer-services tenure starts immediately after the Client’s website is completed.
  3. For Gold Advance and VIP memberships, buyer commitment covers all products listed on a worldwide basis. The commitment may vary if the Client’s product line changes or if market restrictions apply.
  4. TradeSourceWorld.com shall assign an International Sales Manager (ISM) who will connect with the Client via Skype, WeChat, phone call, and/or email, according to the Client’s preference.
  5. The Client must provide all marketing materials—product images, catalogs, brochures—when requested by TradeSourceWorld.com or the ISM.
  6. TradeSourceWorld.com shall approach buyers in its existing database as well as potential prospects obtained through secondary sources.
  7. The Client is responsible for arranging financing for any ISM visit to another country. This includes airfare, accommodation, and a daily travel allowance if a visit is facilitated by TradeSourceWorld.com.
  8. All details shared by the ISM via email will be considered official documentation. Any information exchanged via other communication channels (e.g., phone, instant messaging) may not be taken into account unless expressly confirmed by email.
  9. The Client must furnish the ISM with all required information about the Client’s company and products to facilitate buyer matchmaking, including (but not limited to) domain email credentials, certifications, and registration documents.

7. Buyer Quality & Reporting Mechanism

7.1 Buyer Quality Includes (Gold Advance & VIP)

  • Buyers will be matched to the products the Client is selling.
  • Buyers will be responsive.
  • Buyer requirements will meet industry-standard minimum order quantities (MOQs).
  • Buyers will have current purchasing requirements.
  • The ISM will provide complete contact details of each buyer (Name, Phone, Email, Country, Skype/WhatsApp).

7.2 Reporting Mechanism

  • TradeSourceWorld.com’s ISM shall send a working report at the start of every month to Clients subscribed to Gold Advance or VIP membership.
  • Each report will detail all activities performed for the Client’s account.
  • Reports shall be shared monthly, depending on the Client’s chosen package.
  • The Client is required to provide feedback on each monthly report.
  • Client feedback will be used to evaluate the ISM’s performance, and the subsequent plan for managing the Client’s account will be decided accordingly.

8. Standard Protocols

  • Neither party—TradeSourceWorld.com nor the Client—shall threaten or abuse any staff involved.
  • The Client shall cooperate with any reasonable instructions or requests from TradeSourceWorld.com’s staff.
  • The Client is requested to connect with only one designated sales representative from their company when dealing with the ISM.
  • TradeSourceWorld.com shall provide prior notice if the assigned ISM is unavailable.
  • The Client must supply all required data within a reasonable timeframe to ensure timely service delivery.

9. Client Liability for Product Postings

Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the products posted on our platform. TradeSourceWorld.com does not verify or endorse products listed by Clients. We shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or losses resulting from products posted by Clients.

10. Financial Transactions between Clients and Customers

Clients are solely responsible for any financial transactions conducted between them and their customers through our platform. TradeSourceWorld.com is not involved in these transactions and shall not be held liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from such transactions. In case of any fraud reported with evidence, TradeSourceWorld.com reserves the right to take necessary action against the Client, which may be include suspension from the platform.

11. Premium Service Fee

The Client acknowledges that all fees and charges paid for TradeSourceWorld.com services are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, setup fees, annual subscription fees, and development & marketing fees. If an account is suspended or terminated due to violation of our content posting policy or unlawful activity, all service fees will remain non-refundable.

12. Complaint & Resolution Standards

  1. Any complaints made in writing (by post, email, or online) shall be acknowledged in writing within 24 hours and must include the name and contact details of the employee handling the complaint. Acknowledgments should be issued by email whenever possible.
  2. If a complaint is received in person or by telephone, the complainant’s relevant contact details must be recorded to allow for timely acknowledgments and responses.
  3. All complaints shall be responded to within 48 hours. If a complaint cannot be fully addressed within 48 hours, the responsible representative will contact the complainant to provide an explanation and a new target response time.
  4. The Client is requested to copy the customer-care department (Email: customercare@tradesourceworld.com) when sending any complaint to Key Account Management. In the absence or unavailability of ISM support, the customer-care team is responsible for acknowledging the complaint.
  5. If the issue persists beyond the provided action time, the complaint will automatically be escalated to Senior Authorities, who will respond within 24 hours. The Head of Client Services can be reached at servicequality@tradesourceworld.com.

13. Disclaimer

TradeSourceWorld.com does not sponsor, endorse, verify, or warrant the accuracy of any information found on the website or used for financial transactions between buyers and sellers. Any action you take based on information on the website is strictly at your own risk, and TradeSourceWorld.com will not be liable for any losses or damages in connection with the use of our website.
